ABOUT THE MA Overall Experience
My experience through my MA in Data Visualisation has worked to construct a fresh creative approach to design and how data visualisation is more than just absolute numbers. As a business-focused data visualisation practitioner, I am more conscious of data and its impact. I now understand my responsibility to present information in a meaningful and humanist outcome, "linking numbers to what they stand for knowledge, behaviours, people" (Lupi, 2017).

Achieving a meaningful and thoughtful visualisation following Lupi's (2017) principle of representing real life inspired most of my projects. Understanding that data comes in many forms helped me have a fresh creative approach and make topic decisions for my design outcome.
